At Rangaari, we take great pride in the quality of our garments and ensure that every piece is crafted with utmost care. Please read our policy carefully before placing your order:

Refunds

• We do not offer refunds on any purchases. All sales are final.

Exchange Policy

We offer a one-time exchange on non-sale items within 10 days of delivery under the following conditions:

• You may exchange your garment for a different size or a different product of the same or higher value.
• Sale items are not eligible for exchange, so please ensure you select the correct size before placing your order.
• Customized orders are non-exchangeable.
• Items are eligible for exchange only once per order.

Exchange Conditions

To be eligible for an exchange:

• The garment must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.
• Items showing signs of wear, washing, alterations, make-up stains, or perfume odour will not be accepted.
• Please try on garments carefully to avoid damage or stains.

Exchange Process

• If the garment doesn’t fit, you can request an exchange by notifying us via WhatsApp or Instagram within 10 days of delivery.
• Since we do not offer reverse pickups, you’ll need to ship the garment(s) to our warehouse.
• Once we receive and inspect the item, we will dispatch your replacement.
